Searchable material records

Certificate Registry

A certificate registry model for LMC labels, evidence seals, lot records, public certificate fields, and change notices.

Public registry model

Certificate records should be readable before they are complex.

The public registry separates what a buyer needs to see from restricted lab evidence. Each record can expose the label, status, material family, lot identifier, issue date, renewal date, and evidence seal while protecting sensitive source files.

Public fields

Certificate ID, material class, exposure, strength class, dust class, repair class, issue state, effective standard, lot identifier, public contact.

Integrity fields

Record fingerprint, evidence seal, previous evidence seal, issuer note, revision number, evidence class, registry timestamp.

Restricted evidence

Raw lab files, sensitive process settings, supplier notes, restricted mission data, unpublished research.

Registry viewer

Public-safe records at a glance.

This viewer demonstrates how a buyer can scan certificate state without seeing restricted lab evidence. Search by material, label, status, lot, or evidence seal.

Sample public records show the LMC registry model. Final records are issued through MineSpace review.

Registry desk

Prepare a registry entry.

This desk prepares a customer-safe record in the current session. It creates a public registry-style record for the LMC organization without touching the existing MSRX route.

Verification bridge

Registry records should be easy to verify.

Use the verification desk to check a public evidence seal or certificate record without exposing restricted evidence files.

Step 01Find record

Search by label, material, lot, status, or seal.

Step 02Open public record

Use the buyer-safe fields and certificate state.

Step 03Verify seal

Paste the record into the saved verification desk.

Step 04Proceed

Move to procurement review, renewal, or supplier follow-up.
